Travel from the historic cities and monasteries of Tbilisi and Mtskheta through the forests of Sabaduri, the mineral springs of Borjomi, and the mountains of Kazbegi. Day 1 – Tbilisi City Exploration Begin your journey in Tbilisi. Visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba) and Metekhi Church, take the cable car to Narikala Fortress for panoramic views, and explore the Abanotubani sulfur bath district. Day 2 – Mtskheta & Sabaduri Forest Head to Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
